Which countries do you ship to?
For now we ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
How soon will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) and then spend 5–6 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 6–8 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed the next business day.
What is the return window?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be new and unused, there is no restocking fee, and return shipping is paid by the customer. The full Refund and Returns Policy has every detail.
When is my refund processed?
After your returned item arrives and is inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Where can I see my order status?
We send tracking information once your order ships, and you can check progress on the Track Your Order page.
Can I amend or cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, so please contact us quickly. Once a parcel has shipped, its delivery address cannot be changed. Reach our team on the Contact Us page.
