30-Day Returns You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at Info@deezystore.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without first receiving approval, as unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other Returns: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10-12 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

- Restocking Fee: A free restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns. This fee is waived for items returned due to defects or errors on our part.
- Sale Items: All sale or discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for losses resulting from an incorrectly entered delivery address.
