Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it from the courier if possible. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated 3-5 day window, please reach out to us. We will investigate with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost and the provided address was correct, we will send a replacement at no additional charge.
